Grant Ochieng’ is a seasoned executive with over two decades of progressive leadership experience across diverse industries in Kenya and internationally. As the Chief Executive Officer of Cold Solutions Kenya, Grant brings on a passion for customers and teams and a wealth of expertise in driving Business Growth, Strategy Formulation and execution, Business Development, and Operational Excellence.

Previously, Grant served as the General Manager of Bamburi Special Products Limited in Kenya, where he spearheaded initiatives in Commercial Strategy, Product Innovation, market expansion, Operational Efficiency, logistics optimization, distribution.

His extensive career includes significant roles such as Regional General Manager for Kenya Airways Ltd., overseeing operations across Kenya, East, and North Africa, Zambia, Malawi, as well as the Middle East & Pakistan. Grant has also worked extensively across West and Central Africa as Area Manager at Kenya Airways Ltd. In this capacity, he demonstrated exceptional commercial acumen and leadership, driving sustainable growth and fostering strong partnerships.

Grant started his career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with Cadbury Kenya (Now Mondelez) and later moved onto Nando’s as Operations Manager for the Brand in Kenya before joining Kenya Airways Ltd.

Grant’s proficiency extends to management consulting, where he has provided strategic guidance to companies across various sectors including hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, services, FMCG, IT, and insurance.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from United States International University Africa (USIU-A), and a Bachelor of Architecture (B. ARCH.) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Grant also possesses an AoEC Diploma in Executive Coaching.
